New Haven
May 23 2007, 1:09 PM EDT For those of you who aren't familiar, The Culinary Institute of America started right here in New Haven. In the past , New Haven was most noted for its amazing pizza ( Sally's, Pepe's, Modern) where lines can be 2 hours long on any given day. We are also the home to Louis Lunch, the creator of the Hamburger, but in recent years we are become known as a major dining city, one of th best on the east coast, a real place for foodies. Wedged between New York and Boston, on the beautiful Connecticut Coast, New Haven offers cultural diversity and a international array of award winning restaurants. Indian, Etrinean, Nuevo Latino, Spanish, French, Chinese, Malaysian, Thai ,Japanese, Northern Italian, Southern Italian, Vegetarian, Modern Amercian,Carribean, New Haven has it all. The Restaurants here are as good as any you would find n Chicago, Oston or New York!!! 2 out of 4 found this valuable. Do you? |
