Feb 9 2008, 2:58 PM EST As a caterer that works really hard four times per year at the Las Vegas and High Point Furniture Markets I wanted to put out there how it's not just cheesy cheap sandwiches anymore. I am providing local fresh etc. to the masses of furniture owners shopping for the next season. It is really catching on to provided great food at these showrooms. It also creates great competition. When I hear another showroom has great food I have to go check it out and try to make mine better. It's a lot of fun. 0 out of 1 found this valuable. Do you? |
