The Chef Gregorio Silipo prides himself with his famous fish dishes to name a few Il Cioppino which is a hearty soup dish which includes clams etc. Also the famous Sea Bream (Orata) whichi is filleted right at the table. Please do not disregard all the freshly made Pasta dishes which the chef makes in house. Desserts are also spectacular Tiramisu and Sicilian Cannoli. The chef as really brought what Italian food is really all about in Florida not only with his dishes but also the atmosphere in the restaurant. This restaurant as only been open for a year and it as already have exceptional reviews as the best Italian Restaurant for food and service in the West Palm Beach Post, Zagat, Boca Raton Magazine, The heart of Boynton Beach and also USA Today. If ever in the area it is a the best place to dine if you are looking for Italian. |
